How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process your order on the next working day and usually dispatch it on the same day or the following day. The average delivery time* is therefore 2 to 4 working days, depending on the delivery area. International shipments take up to 10 working days. The prerequisite is the complete and error-free receipt of your order & payment.
Our parcels are shipped with DHL. You will receive the tracking link together with the invoice in a shipping confirmation sent by us.

What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs within Germany are €5.90. The shipping costs abroad depend on the country of delivery, see the table below for an overview.

Where is my parcel? How can I track the delivery status?
You will receive your shipment number and a tracking link with the invoice email that we send you after your order has been processed (sender shop@wild-wisdom.de). You can track the delivery using the tracking number at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html.
What happens if the parcel cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt?
If the parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will be taken to a DHL parcel store where it will wait for you for seven working days. You will be informed of this with a card in your letterbox and by email (as both can go wrong, please check both and also your spam folder to be on the safe side).
If the parcel has not been collected from the parcel store after seven days, it will be returned to us.
What can I do if I have not yet received my parcel?
The email with the invoice and delivery information that you received from us (sender shop@wild-wisdom.de) contains a tracking link. You can use this to track the parcel. If you have any questions or if something has not gone as expected, please call us at 017660429222 or send us an email to shop@wild-wisdom.de.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery from our online store takes place within Germany and most European countries. For an overview, please take a look at the complete overview of delivery times and delivery costs. With regard to deliveries to other European countries, we do not offer deliveries to overseas territories (e.g. the Netherlands excluding overseas territories, Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles, France excluding overseas departments; Spain excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, etc. etc.) and some special delivery areas.
Within Germany, we will deliver your order to any address of your choice, including DHL pick-up stations. Unfortunately, delivery to a PO box is not possible.
Can I also have parcels delivered to DHL Packstations and DHL parcel stores?
Yes, you can.
What do I do if my parcel does not arrive?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking by email. If the parcel does not arrive within a maximum of 5 working days despite confirmed dispatch, please contact our service team. We want to offer you the best possible service, which above all includes fast and smooth processing of your order. Can products with an expired best-before date be sold?
A best-before date is not a use-by date. It is legal to sell food that has already passed its best-before date after checking that it is edible and stating that it has already expired. Once the best-before date has expired, the manufacturer of the food is no longer solely liable for the edibility of the products, but the distributor must assume a large part of the liability. As we at Wild Wisdom occasionally offer food with an expired best-before date in our webshop for reasons of sustainability, we therefore assume a large part of the liability. We therefore ensure that all our food is still edible.
