Introduce your brand, products and vision statement and welcome customers to your store.
We process your order on the next working day and usually ship it on the same or following day. The average delivery time* is therefore 2 to 4 working days, depending on the delivery area. International shipments take up to 10 working days. The prerequisite is that your order and payment have been received in full and without errors.
Our packages are sent with DHL. You will receive the tracking link together with the invoice in a shipping confirmation sent by us.

Our shipping costs within Germany are €5.90. Shipping costs abroad depend on the country to which the delivery is being made. See the table below for an overview.

With the invoice email that we send you after processing the order (sender shop@wild-wisdom.de) you will receive your shipment number and a tracking link. You can track the delivery using the tracking number at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html .
If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will be taken to a DHL parcel shop, where it will wait for you for seven working days. You will be informed of this with a card in your mailbox and by email (as both can go wrong, please check both, as well as your spam folder to be on the safe side).
If the package has not been picked up from the parcel shop after seven days, it will be sent back to us.
The email with the invoice and delivery information that you received from us (sender shop@wild-wisdom.de) contains a tracking link. This allows you to track the package. If you have any questions or something has not gone as expected, please call us on 017660429222 or send us an email to shop@wild-wisdom.de.
Delivery from our online shop takes place within Germany and most European countries. For an overview, please see the general overview of delivery times and delivery costs. Regarding deliveries to other European countries, we do not offer deliveries to overseas territories (e.g. Netherlands without overseas territories, Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles, France without overseas departments; Spain without Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, etc. etc.) and some special delivery areas.
Within Germany, we will deliver your order to any address you wish, including DHL collection points. Unfortunately, delivery to a PO box is not possible.

You can choose from the following payment methods in our online shop:

We accept the common credit cards Visa and MasterCard. We also guarantee that your highly sensitive information is absolutely safe from third-party access, as we use the latest technology to protect your data and send all entries encrypted via a 128-bit SSL connection.
Unfortunately our Webshob domain does not offer this option as a payment method, we hope that one of the other payment options will suit you.
If you cannot use any of the payment options listed, please contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
To use this service, you must have a PayPal account. If you have stored your bank details or credit card number with PayPal, you can log in securely and easily with your PayPal username and password to pay. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal when you click on the "CONTINUE" button. After payment has been confirmed, you will be returned to the order overview. By clicking on "BUY NOW", the order will be sent to us.
There is a minimum order value of 10.00 euros
We want to offer you the best possible service, which above all means processing your order quickly and smoothly. We use your telephone number to be able to answer any questions you may have about your order as quickly and easily as possible and as part of customer service. Your email address is required for shipping and email notifications. In addition, for deliveries to some European countries, e.g. France, you must also provide your telephone number.

The shipping risk, the risk of loss and damage, of course lies with goodmoodfood as the seller. If you are not satisfied with the product or notice any defects, please send us an email with photos and a description and give us a call. We prefer to clarify this directly with you on the phone, we are sure to find a solution 🙂

A best-before date is not a use-by date. It is legal to sell food that has already passed its best-before date after checking that it is still edible and indicating that it has already expired. After the best-before date has expired, the food manufacturer is no longer solely liable for the edibility of the products; the person placing the product on the market must assume a large part of the liability. Since we at goodmoodfood occasionally offer food with an expired best-before date in our webshop for sustainability reasons, we assume a large part of the liability. That is why we ensure that all of our food is still edible.
